I had rented a commercial space on December, I Haven't paid rent since March due to Covid-19 and I had intimated the owner on May 1st that I will be vacating the space after the lockdown ends, for which he replied he can't comment anything until the lockdown ends. Now he says that he doesn't have the money to return and neglecting the matter. what should be my legal approach to the matter? I'm in a very difficult situation now and I need my security deposit amount to survive. the deposit amount is rupees 3 lakhs.

Dear Sir You just get issue a notice that if amount is not returned within 15 days you will induct another person and take Rs.4 lakhs from him. Let him go to court Display a sign board that it is avalable for lease
