To initiate the process you have to get a legal notice served upon the Tenant for eviction of the flat on the ground of non payment of the arrears of Rent. If not matured you will be at liberty to file an Ejectment Petition on this ground alongwith all other grounds available to you. You have a good case and you will succeed definitely. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Hi, You may issue a legal notice to the tenants for vacating the premises. However, more information is required, regarding the terms and conditions of the rent agreement. If you find this answer helpful, please rate us.

Dear Sir, Issue a legal notice for vacating the flat. Adjust the deposit amount against the pending rent.
