It appears from your story that your landlord is harassing you in various manners and violating the terms of contract, for that you may report the matter to the police station and if the problem is not solved you may file a case under section 107 CrPC before the sub divisional magistrate.

Mr. Karan, While entering into a lease deed, there might be certain clauses stating the owner cannot interfere, on the basis of those we can prove him as a trespasser and take necessary action against him/her. For only car parking issue , I suggest you should not move out, it is advisable for you to issue a legal notice and threaten him not to cause unnecessary trouble and not to park car, as he will be declared a trespasser by the Court. Best,

As far as using electricity from connection allocated to your portion, you need to stop him from misusing the same. Extortion of money is concerned, you can pay him whatever he asks through Bank only (any mode) and adjust it from the rentals payable to him, by keeping track of all payments made with proofs. With regard to wrong parking, lodge complaint with police (thorough third party) showing it as nuisance etc., let him realize the disturbance caused to you. Finally do not yield to his black mailing tactics. Getting compensation is altogether different aspect, depends as to how you project your problem claiming compensation

It is multifarious problem. Try to get a separate connection installed in your name which will solve the electricity problem. For other problems you approach your landlord socially through some person of your market. Otherwise file a suit restraining your landlord from parking his vehicle blocking the entrance of your showroom. But it is difficult to claim compensation for the expected and apprehended losses.
