Hello Sir, If the tenant fails to pay the rent amount after the due date for more than two weeks and then consecutively fails to make payment then you can file an eviction suit in the civil court against the tenant. Thanks Subratha Ray, Advocate Supreme Court of India
Suit for possession and recovery of rent.... is the solution to your problem. Hire an advocate and file the suit in court.
Hello Sir It would be advised to file a eviction suit in the civil court against the tenant in order evict him from the property and get the due rent. As per the law, If the tenant intentionally fails to pay the rent amount (stated in the rental agreement) for more than 15 days after the due date, you can file the eviction suit. Thanks Please rate if you find this advice helpful.
