Issue a legal notice to the landlord to return the deposit. If he refuses to refund the deposit then you may file a lawsuit for recovery along with interest....

Your deposit is your right and you can get it back legally. To initiate the process you have to get a legal notice served upon the landlord and then approach the civil court for recovery of the amount if not returned ordinarily with Interest Costs and damages as well. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Hi, You can issue a legal notice to the landlord to return the deposit. If he does not do so, you can lodge a complaint. If you find this helpful, do rate us.
