Asked in Landlord or Tenant
Dear Client you should send a leagal notice For further assistance please contact me Thank you
follow the all guidelines of your rental agreement . If your landlord violated any terms and condition than go to an Advocate and tell him to send a legal notice for solving this matter quickly. If the matter is not solving than visit to the local police station and lodge a complaint against him and explain that your landlord threatened you . e.g; Police will tell you that this is not a criminal matter you can try to find remedy in civil court but again try to manipulate them and tell them my life is danger because my landlord try to uses criminal forces for vacated that room. Listen your case totally civil in nature so I am suggest you try to convert into a criminal nature because in India Civil matters do not solve in a year or month but Criminal Matter can solve in a year and normal citizen do not involve in a criminal matter easily because of police power . So if you want to solve your problem than 1) send a Legal Notice via Advocate 2) Lodge a G.D or F.I.R against your landlord in local Police station . 3) If police do not help than go to the court and file 156 crpc or 200crpc
hello Sir It would be advised to send a legal notice to your landlord to charge you with money as stated in the agreement. He cannot charge for things not mentioned in the rental agreement. Thanks Please rate if you find this advice helpful.
