Maid Not Vacating The House, Got Daughters Family Home As Well

I had told my maid to stop working and search for new homes in February itself. Yet she got her daughter's family instead of leaving. Society only allows a pass of 4 members with 2 adults and 2 minor children. But they are 6 right now, with 4 extra members of a maid. The electricity bill also is paid by us. And on asked to vacated she called police who treated us badly, not even hearing that they are staying illegally and don't even have a society pass. Police were extremely rude asked our surnames also. They favor Marathi people and saying it's a lockdown in Mumbai and you can't get anyone out. But they're abusing and already have beaten up many in society. The mental condition of my family is affecting because of the maid's family and the treatment by police. The daughter of the maid is pregnant with 3rd child. And using it again as an excuse to stay here freely for more time. The house is by central govt, and we are afraid can we lose the job if we try to evict the family. Need serious help.
