Dear Sir You may continue to stay for next 2- 3 years and ask him to approach civil court and to file eviction suit. You have to teach him a lesson. Please give me Rank 5 and Review my Resume and Follow me if my answer satisfies you

File a Police Complaint first explaining all the facts and circumstances will on all counts. You can also approach the Civil Court claiming your deposit and loss of furniture. But the problem You are going to face is that there is no document of any kind which will come in the way. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Rafi , send your owner a Legal Notice Under the Provision of Froces Majeure. No Owner can Demand Rent during the First and Second Lock down during Pandemic times. When Government itself has clamped down not open business establishment. Contact any Advocates in this Forum for your relief.
