Non Paying Tenant Harassing Landlord

Below are the facts of the case. 1. My tenant has filed a case against us stating we are harassing him despite the fact he regularly pays the monthly rent and has already paid till Dec'20 via online transfers. In his plea - he requested for 06 months injunction. 2. The truth is he did not pay us after Aug'20 and did not attach any payment proofs in his petition. 3. In our response, we agreed for the extension. At the same time, we requested for the payment for Dec-Jan and Jan-Feb and also requested for mediation for the amount of previous months. 4. However, the judge has asked us to go for mediation for all the months which is due in the last week Feb'21. Now, the situation is that tenant may vacate and run away as he cannot prove that he has paid rent from Aug. onwards. In our WS, we mentioned that he has not furnished his permanent address as his aadhar bears his old landlord's address. Please advise as to what to do so that we can stop him from running away without paying.
