My owner is going to deduct a huge amount from the security deposit claiming damage. Most of his claims are false. He has done the property inspection after we vacated the flat and hence he is taking undue advantage of the situation. We have no control as he has all the money. Please suggest what are my legal rights as a tenant. can I file a police complaint.
