If they are making some thing that is inappropriate.
Dear Client, If your flat owner has started a PG (Paying Guest) accommodation in the building, you can take steps to stop it if it violates any housing society rules or local zoning laws. First, check the housing society's bylaws, as many societies have regulations against running commercial activities in residential areas. Make sure the society is registered. If the owner is keeping boys and girls together in one flat and this raises safety or moral concerns, you can bring it to the attention of the society's management committee. Additionally, you can check with the local municipal corporation to see if the PG is legally permissible in your residential area, as some areas have specific zoning laws against such operations. If it is found to be illegal or against society rules, you can file a formal complaint with the housing society or local authorities to take appropriate action.
I the flat /residential accommodation is a registered society comes under any society registered then the by laws of the society may not allow this as such amounts to a commercial purpose generating income. Also this act may not be permissible looking to the security of the residents also. Take necessary steps to get this stopped
