I am the landlord widow lady rented a house not giving rent properly but due has gone to 5 lakhs and cheated me they are saying that will not give money and vacate the house. As I am a widow lady I have file case against tenant new tenancy act 2017 tenant will say that I am financial sitution. Now as I am seeing for past 5 years they are saying the same reason.even after court judgement if tenant did not pay rent what will happen to tenant and I am stuborn that I will receive my money from tenant. I say that the case should be completed within 3 months and total charges. Please explain.

Hi, You can file a suit for eviction and money recovery after serving them with due notice. Once the decree as been passed, the Court can order the police to evict the tenants using physical force, if necessary. With regard to the money owed, a Court order can be passed to repay you from your tenants' other assets. If you found this helpful, please rate us.
