I am living in Delhi. I have one house in the name of my father. Currently, we rented house to one family for the last 1 years (27 June 2019) and now he is not going to vacant my house. We make rent agreement at the time of given rented house for 11 months ie. 26-may-2020 is the last according to the rental agreement. Please suggest me how to vacant my house from such a fraud person, thanks
