Mine is a builder floor and I live on the ground floor. There is water seepage from the middle floor but the landlord is not ready to fix it as it will involve a sufficient amount of money. Plumber cost plus tiles fixing cost. Q-1 - What remedy do I have as this is not my fault and why should I bear it if any.

If the landlord does paying heed you can serve a legal notice, to begin with. Then your can file a Petition for essential amenities under Rent Act/Apartment Act against the Landlord. Follow me and contact me if further discussion or explanation is required.
