Action Against Husband For Cheating Me

My husband and I got married in Nov 2020 because his parents were against our union. It was only after marriage I was informed he had lied to me and that he had not even spoken to them about me, he was basically too scared of his parents. He asked me to give him a year's time to convince his parents and I agreed. I moved to another city for a new job and he remained in Pune. One year later and after finding out many more lies he'd said, his parents finally agreed to have a social wedding. During wedding preparations, his folks had some expectations from us which we couldn't fulfill for some reason, and the marriage has come to a standstill. My husband now says that he will do whatever his parents tell him, even if they ask him to leave me. He has been lying to his parents about us and now refuses to even receive my calls. This has caused a lot of mental harassment to me and my family, because the invitations are out and relatives are all involved. What rights do I as a wife have here?
