Dear Manu, You have all rights available for adoption. If you are being ill treated then why you have not taken any action against your husband???

Hi, A married woman does not have the right to adopt but has right to consent for adoption, when her husband adopts a child. Her right to adopt can be exercised only when her husband loses his capacity to adopt. Earlier both husband and wife had to move the applications jointly. However, there is a court ruling allowing one spouse to adopt without the junction of the other. you have to file applications before the adoption agency online and after child study report and home study report the agency will allot one child to you based on seniority. Also, if you don't wish to divorce him, you can move to court for restitution of conjugal rights. For further details, you can BOOK a consultation with me. Please give a 5star rating, if you like my answer. Thanks& Regards.
