Adulteration

I was going through cruelty, violence and sexual molestation in my in-laws family including my mother in law and father in law n husband, I filed a case along with the evidence such as chats and phone calls recordings and I came in contact with one man whom I loved as supported for its case, my husband has a doubt and petitions are getting filed from my end n it's not started yet. If he proves adulteration on me, will I be getting the streedhana and the amount which my father invested in the marriage,
