Alimony In Marriage Cruelty-Sexless Marriage

Need one advice, Suppose in Marriage husband and wife never had a physical relationship. They tried but could not do it and the wife keep refusing the physical relationship for 3 husbands want to discuss but the wife says you have a dirty mind you only think that way. The husband has chat and mail proof that they didn't have Sex properly had tried 8-10 times but failed due to the wife objection and it can't be proved medically whether both of them were sexually active. As far as I know, there is no device that can measure this. Can you please advise if the husband wants to divorce her? Do Husband bound to pay alimony to his wife? If wife earns approx 50% of what husband earns. Husband take care of all house hold expenses and support 50-60% in household work everyday. Husband does not own any property or any car or anything but both husband wife earns really well. What do you suggest husband should do and what the precautions should be taken care while filling divorce.
