Asked in Marriage
Dear Sir, You have to approach High Court for getting bail. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
Bail application can be subsequently filed even after rejection. It should be only when some new facts and circumstances have developed after rejection of the previous bail application, then only the second bail application should be considered on merit.

Hi, The grant of bail will be decided upon the merits of the case. However, you can again apply for bail. Bail is the conditional release of a defendant with the promise to appear in court when required. Bail usually implies a bail bond, a deposit of money or some form of property to the court by the suspect in return for the release from pre-trial detention. As per the version narrated here you have mentioned that it has become a cross case for both the parties. Now the Appeals have to be heard simultaneously and the conclusion has to be drawn by the court on merits. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
