Court Marriage While Abroad Under Special Marriage Act With POA

Inter religion or any religion is immaterial. As per law its not possible. However it can be done under one condition if the children can also happen with same power of attorney.

Hello sir Marriages cannot be performed from a power of attorney, if you want to marry you'll have to perform all the rituals of either Hindu or Christian religion. Or you could get the marriage registered in court in front of witnesses. Thanks Please rate if you find this advice helpful
