If he's not coming then the court will declare him exparte and the court will give judgement on basis of your facts or will dismiss his divorce petition.The second fact that he's not coming after agreeing for compromise the Court has power to send Notice of apperance(summon). Dear Client, If he is not attending the Court, an ex parte order can be issued by the Court.
If he has file Divorce case and he is not remain present in court then divorce case will be dismissed. It may be Mutual Divorce or Contested Divorce his presence is required.
