Marriage happened in India in Dec 2019. Both stayed together for 15 days. The boy working in a foreign country and the girl working in India. The boy wants to get divorced due to various reasons crippled up during the period. Both have not met since the boy departed to a Foreign country but keep chatting n calls. If the boy files for divorce, will this separation of 10 months be helpful in seeking an early divorce? The boy has arrived in India for a short visit. Should he meet the girl or not. Regards

Within a year one want break the Marriage they have to file case of Nullifying the Marriage. For other ground Minimum one year waiting is Mandatory.

Under the prevailing provisions of law there are two things which will come in the way. No Divorce can be granted prior to One Year of Marriage. Secondly as the circumstances speaks this is not a separation as the relations never remained strained. You have to wait for completion of One Year of marriage. Thereafter you may file the case after consulting your Lawyer.
