When wife files false case fir against husband and family members under IPC section 143, 498a, 323, 504, 506, 149, 3 and 4 dowry probability act. After being chargesheeted and a few months later she wants to withdraw the false case. is it withdrawable, if so what are the procedures to withdraw the case. Since it is charge-sheeted, is it necessary to take bail for all family members accused before the withdrawal of the case?

if it is a complaint then she can withdraw the same without getting bail other wise you will have to move to High Court for cancellation of FIR
