Hello, If both of you are or legal marriageable age being, 21 for male and 18 for female, you can get married under special marriage act, and then seek from court protection if there's any threat. Please rate this answer if you found it to be helpful.
If you are above 21 then you can marry. You have to marry in special marriage Act which is called Court Marriage. It takes minimum 31 days. You have to file protection order in HC if there is need. You can approach police also so there wont be any case registered on your name.
