First of all, citizenship is compulsory in India atleast 5 years. You can marry in any state Delhi or Hyderabad residential address is compulsory. Any state you have say registration in this state court which you have done the mairrage. All the documents related to bride and groom given this according to situation. 25 high courts in India so which state have to marry according to court registered is also compulsory under sec 8 of hma. Which state you have to stay give residential proof for a mairrage or I'd proof. And two witness is also compulsory.
