The marriage is still Legal and valid as well. You can ask her to file a representation to getting her transferred to your city. But legally there is still no infirmity with the marriage as well. At the most You can take liberty to file a Petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights compelling Your wife to come and live with you. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

don't forget to draft a# memorandum of understanding before approaching #Mutual Divorce, which is the most essential and important part of a #Divorce case to avoid/reduce future #legal complications, some basic points to keep in mind and put in writing through an #MOU before filing the petition for #mutual consent divorce are #custody of kids, #distribution of assets (movable/immovable), quash/withdraw of #pending litigation if any, #Maintenance (present/future), #Alimony, mode and time of making the payment, streedhan, future litigation, etc.

yes if she talking to u visited on holiday that means it's legal. if she deny to stay with u without any reason then only u can take action against her. u should tell her to apply for transfer. if she is not agree then u can think about legal action.
