Me and My wife married for 2 years 6 months.but we never had sex. We tried 7-8 times in the whole tenture but she feels pain so I stopped. I never penetrate. Now it seems she never wanted sex she keeps giving excuses not to even try for sex. I want to know can I give her divorce on the ground of marriage cruelty and can this marriage be null and void on the ground of non-consummated marriage.

Dear client, That's a one kind of cruelty. You can file divorce on that ground in court but you have to prove it.
