Since you have got the major chunk of the property then you should go for the partition as your Mother is not enjoying the property's share she is having. To begin with get a legal notice served upon the other existing co Owner of the property. It will resolve the matter. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
