My mom has one elder sister and 5 elder brothers. We have my grandfather's property and as all approached the local jamath and agreed to sell the property and get their respective money accordingly. Based on this jamath letter signed by all parties. My mother bought shares of her 3 brothers and 1 sister and it was registered. Now after 10 years the leftover 2 brothers are not agreed to give shares and occupying the property. I want those two shares to settle amicably or I want my land. Currently, my grandfather's building is there in the land. Please guide.

Since you have got the major chunk of the property then you should go for the partition as your Mother is not enjoying the property's share she is having. To begin with get a legal notice served upon the other existing co Owner of the property. It will resolve the matter.
