Privacy Violation

It seems that some how any one tapping my calls and also hacked my internets connection I.e my broadband connection of Hathaway usually I use for browsing internets. the hacker listen my private conversation with my family members and also my broker share I have my demand account for trading and investment in share market.as I have my client id and details trading my identity over phone with the broker the hacker listen those details and use them to collect information about my share market portfolio and funds and also share my information over social media like Facebook and whats app to harrase me mentally. I can feel that this things are happening with me but without any proof I can't take any legal action.please adivece me that how I can protect my privacy and take legal action against it.
