Paid loan of other's property as per LIC agents advice with the consent of owner, While registration only registrar refused to register as there is a court order of Rs.1000000 mitigation by owner. I paid all amount in white money via RTGS to LIC. Is there any legal advice to get back property registered or is there a way to get my money back?
