Adverse Possession comes into effect only when a person acquire a property through hostile, continuous, uninterrupted, and peaceful possession. In the event rent agreement expired the rental because Day today agreement as per Transfer of Property Act. Your Relative can still file case Eviction. Contact any Advocate in this forum your relief
Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case you can go add and so them a notice of eviction further if they do not reply to that no test needed they affect the property then you can go head and file a complaint against them in the court for eviction
