Is it safe to buy a Plot of Land which has E Khata and Panchayat Approval? It is not DC Converted. The Developer is saying that DC Conversion will be applied once the Plots are developed after a few months. Do Banks approve loans for such properties? Will it be easy to sell after a few years. What are the risks involved?

As per Law without non Converted Plots continues to be Agricultural status. Risky, need to check the Papers . unless it Grama Tana Land it's not worth. Consult any Advocate for your relief

In Bengalure 60 percent propereties are of similar backgrounds. Private banks advance the loans. If you wish to resell it has not resell value due to present covid situation.
