We have an ancestoral property which was bought by my grandfather. We are having a family dispute between me, my brother and my father. I have come to know that my brother and father have taken token against the property without my or my mother's consent. Can I take any action aginst them and how.

Dear Sir, Immediately, get issue a legal notice to the prospective buyer saying that it is disputed property and he cannot purchase without your consent. Further you can file a partition suit and get interim stay from alienating the property thus block the property.
