I have a Non-Agricultural Land - Open Use at Panvel, Navi Mumbai [I can either have a residential building, commercial, warehouse, or mixture of any uses] I wanted to construct a building that will be used for a school. Hence I would have to convert the land into school/educational use [change of user or change of utility] which my architects are able to do. I foresee a problem that is probably "once a school always a school". It is not a school reservation plot as mentioned earlier it is an open-use plot, if I were to convert it into a school and change the user into to school, and post 30-40 years when the school exits reconvert the same into to residential or commercial building can I do that? On my private land can I convert to school & then reconvert to residential or commercial land? Note it's already a non-agricultural land with OPEN USE Development and has already been in my name for over 20 years.
