Asked in Property
Dear Sir, You may approach police or civil Court.
Get a Declaration from the court regarding the ownership and possession and also an Injunction restraining your neighbour from any interference in future. It will solve the problem permanently. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
An injunction against the erring neighbour will be sufficient for now to complete your work later you can continue with the case and even get back the portion of land that the neighbour has encroached upon.
Dear Sir, You may approach civil Court and get injunction order against them.
You may file law suit for restraining the neighbor to interfere in your lawful building construction. You may get this relief even on first date of hearing. If needs more help please contact me.
Hi, You can show them an injunction order passed by District Magistrate. You can take action to enforce the order. If there is breach of court order then you can file for Contempt of Court. This will lead to police action, prosecution, fine and imprisonment. If you find this helpful please rate my answer. Thank you
