There are a few grey areas in Sale Deed Draft, Handover Manual and Fit-out Process which are shared by the builder ( fit-out process will share after the Sale deed registration. I received a copy of the fit-out process and handover manual from one of the purchasers who had already done possession). Based on all these three documents there are many grey areas. I have sent mail to the builder to hold registration and the reply is not convenient. What's next? It's okay if I ask them to hold registration?
1. Amenities - Their advertisement, and brochure everything has 24x7 all amenities. Now they mentioned it will be available till 9 pm.
2. Security deposit of Rs.40000/- cheque and Rs. 5000/- nonrefundable one-time fit-out charge. (Maintenance started from March 10th before possession)
3. Timing for our internal work(9 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 6 pm only on weekdays. No work on weekends and public holidays).
4. Their employee will inspect our home without prior notice
