Hello sir, Mera property (30x60feet house) issue mere bade Bhai ke sath chalte Maine court me case file kra jiska result mere hak me aa gya jisme mujhe meri 2 behno ka share Jo wo mere naam karva chuki thi 3/4 (22.6x60)share mujhe Mila hai but court ne apne final judgement me likh Diya hai aap apna wo Ghar bana nahi sakte jab Tak partition na karlo agar banaoge to apne risk par banaye sir isme mujhe relief kaha mili or mujhe aage kya krna chahiye

Hello Rishabh In your case court put a restriction, unless and until partition is effected among you and your brother. This is made by the court to protect the interest of the opposite party. It is better to partition the property first of all to use your share in the property.
