Partition Of Two Double Storied Building By One Partition Deed

We four brothers own two double storied building in same locality in kolkata but not adjacent building. Each brother has equal share in both the building. There is difference in are of land in the building but size of building do not differ much( may be one building larger than another by 15 or 20 square feet. My question is whether the two building can be partitioned amongst four brother by one partition deed alloting one floor to each brother i.e in one building two brother will get one floor each(ground floor to one and 1st floor to another brother, similarly one floor to remaining two brothers in another building.
