Greetings! Being the landlord and owner of the property, you need to serve the legal notice for termination of tenancy upon the tenant and you may initiate with the legal remedy of filing a suit for eviction. For further legal assistance you may take consultation. Regards.

    1. Issue him notice through lawyer to vacate and pay the rent and if he refused then File suit for eviction in court through lawyer. This will take min 2 to 3 years to decide. 2. You have second best option to pay him reasonable amount as per your wish and vacate him from your property.
