मेरी मम्मी के ग्रांड फादर की सारी property मेरे मामू ने ले ली और उस प्रोपर्टी को बेच कर दूसरी property खरीद ली जिससे की मम्मी के दादा की प्रॉपर्टी पे उनकी बहनों द्वारा कोई क्लेम ना किया जा सके, सारी प्रॉपर्टी मामू already बेच चुके है. मुझे जानना है की अगर मम्मी के दादा ने सारी प्रॉपर्टी मामू को गिफ्ट भी की थी तो क्या फिर भी मम्मी का कोई अधिकार है उनके दादा की प्रोपर्टी पर, मम्मी के फादर शादी के कुछ साल बाद निधन हो गया था तो उनकी अपनी कोई विल नही है।

Dear client, If the property was your grandfather's own and not ancestral, he had the right to give his property as he wishes. The transfer may be through sale Deed, gift Deed or will. The sale Deed and gift Deed must be registered with the concerned authorities whereas a WILL may be either registered or unregistered.And if it was not a gifted then your mother has the right over her father's property.
