Dear Sir Such fake companies are many. You may take fresh cheques and after bounce file a case an recover the amount.
Hi, As per law, for cheque bounce cases, you need to send them a legal notice demanding payment within 30 days from receiving the information that the cheque has been dishonored. You need to immediately send them a legal notice, before this 30 days period is over. You can also sue them in a civil court for recovery of money, but it is advisable to go for cheque bounce case, as it is a criminal offence. If you like my answer, please rate me.
question is not clear. if you have cheque which bounced within last 30 days then immediately send legal notice to start cheque bounce case. Else you can file money recovery suit.
