The things are not going well in any manner. Please take up the matter hotly and pursue it properly and try to get the cheques afresh to maintain the continuity of the matter. Moreso don't allow the matter to linger on much. Wrap up the things early on your recovery. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Hi, As per law, for cheque bounce cases, you need to send them a legal notice demanding payment within 30 days from receiving the information that the cheque has been dishonored. You need to immediately send them a legal notice, before this 30 days period is over. You can also sue them in a civil court for recovery of money, but it is advisable to go for cheque bounce case, as it is a criminal offence. If you like my answer, please rate me.
