    You can approach your bank and inform them about it. In such cases, banks tend to offer something known as a 'one-time settlement' (OTS). Compromise settlement of non-performing loans (NPLs) between a bank and its borrowers as per the board-approved policy of the former.

    Dear Mr. Rajesh, When loan was sanctioned to you, the banks must have kept any collateral as secured assets or any personal guarantee. Further, if you fail to pay EMIs for a continuous period of 3 months, your accounts will be declared NPA and bank will be well within its right to initiate SARFAESI proceedings. kindly share the details as to since when you have not been paying the EMIs and have banks approached you for repayment of the same.
