    It will be close to impossible to prove the liability of said broker to repay if said amount is paid by you via cash, if not, initiate civil recovery proceedings followed by a prior legal notice sent through advocate, and 420 criminal proceedings followed by formal police complaint (NC) where you can claim damages as well as reasonable interests along with the principal amount.
