hi sir, how to proceed legal action through court for recovery of amount 5,00,000 rupees which was rupees 5/- interest.he was unable to pay debt what can i do . note:- promisary note written perfectly by following some advices.date and shurity signs and stamps with including sign of receiver.and renewal after 3 years. so what can i do.how to proceed by legal action.
