Hello Sir, For a big hope I have given around 2Lacs to a person to assign me a Government Job. The person did not keep his promise and now he is not returning my money. I am from a middle class family & now I am struggling with financial condition. I want my money back somehow. For safer side I made a stamp paper agreement with that person that he has borrowed me that 2 Lac rupees & will return within 1 yr with a minor interest rate. Can I file a police case against that person. Will there be any problem for me if I file a case against him as giving money for a job is also not legal.

If you have some evidence . as you have a agreement on stampaper with 2 weetness. then you first step . Your Lodge FIR against who's person you give the money. If you are know more details or help me then contact me*Phone*

This is my response to you: 1. Send him a legal notice; 2. No need to tell him in that notice the reason for taking the money; 3. Do not speak on the phone with him, just take legal steps; 4. If he does not respond then file a civil suit for recovery in the civil court; 5. Collect all your evidences that can be used against him.

This is a job racketeering case.. You can file cheating case.. but as u fear, that may go against you sometimes.. if possible, u may change ur version from Govt Job to some Private job.. if can't then 5O-5O chance to go against you.. However u can file a Money suit for recovery money if u wanna play safe.. Hope u knew that it will take some time..
