Promissory notes got expired 2 years back and when I have asked for money when the promissory notes is active, but he postponed every time, I have video recording and audio recordings while he is promising to give money and postponing. Can I file the case against him now, with expired promissory notes, audio and video as proofs?

Dear sir, The period of limitation ceased for civil action. But you can take criminal action against him for fraud. Thank you
