I've a land of khsra no. 335/2 with khsra no350(govt.land which is east direction of my land.) we have land 335/2 khasra no. Land from 1910 and in 1912 britsh govt. Give notice for donation of some land for passage of road and we donated it.after tht we build our market in our land od khasra no 335/2. But last year with the setting of MLA(of rulling party nd we r from opposition)some localize people sent notice from tehshil for demolish 3 shop from our land(because they are saying that these are built in govt. Land of 350 khsra no.) but we applied for measurment of land after tht notice but due to setting of MLA. The map of land is change from Map which we have of 1960 record, and they are not providing field book and measurment , govt. Patwari/RI is teeling that shop are build in some govt. Land but in 2016 this dispute occured but at that time father was alive and he was sr. Advocate in mp High Court at that time we won this dispute but after his death again they start. So what we should do?

Hi, You can approach the high Court and file a writ petition to put a stop to the encroachment. If the same matter has already been adjudicated in the past, you can apply to the High Court to quash the case under the doctrine of res judicata. If you found this helpful, please rate and contact us.

You may approach a lawyer to file appropriate petition in High Court. We did few cases in High Court and got relief.
