Hello, you can file a complaint under Information Technology Act, 2000 in your regional cyber cell branch, they will investigate the matter and if the person is found guilty then they will file an FIR under the relevant sections of Indian Penal Code and will arrest the person. If police refused to register your case then you file criminal complaint before concerning magistrate and you also approch to nearest district legal service authority and file a petition stating therein that the police refused to register the FIR
1. File written complain against him in local police station. 2. If police refused to take your complain then File complain against him to Supritendent of Police or Commissioner Office of Police of your City. 3. If both Supritendent and police refused to take your complain then File Private complain against him in court through lawyer under section 156(3) of criminal procedure code.
