False Allegations Of Sexual Assault

I was in a bus with a stranger girl beside me.During journey she was touching me often and falling on me. After sometime she got closer to me and got bolder and she took my hand and put in on her thighs, while I was half asleep. AT that time she was using her phone. I think she has taken pics(probably selfie) with my face not close to her faceand may have taken picture of my hand on her thigh too. Then I realized something was wrong and got up suddenly and took another vacant seat at back. I came to know that lady is known for blackmailing men for money .Can she leagallly sue me now or blackmail me . I am from a poor family.I am afraid. please explain
