My boss asked for sexual favours , ic committe of org formed by order of NCW gave the order in favour of the boss, police is not lodging FIR claming they took legal opinion & it is not in my favour. Now my case is open however NCW is not responding what to do. (Every one is asking for money for taking any action ) should I file a case in court feeling helpless its been 2 yr

Hello Ma'am You could file a private complaint under section 400 of CRPC. 200- Examination of complainant - A magistrate taking cognizance of an offence on complaint shall, examine upon oath the complainant and witnesses present, if any and the substance of such examination shall be reduced into writing and shall be signed by the complainant and witnesses and also by the magistrate.
